UK: Bristol-based property developer Urban Creation has added a new property at 48 Park Street to its portfolio of high-end student and serviced apartments.

The former nightclub will be converted into seven two-bedroom student apartments, with the ground floor offering self-contained retail space. The property also benefits from an external courtyard to the rear, with construction works starting shortly, and completion expected in time for occupation next year.

Jonathan Brecknell, director of Urban Creation, said “Since the pandemic, we have seen our student and serviced apartment business grow, with demand increasing for student self-contained living accommodation. We are excited to increase our portfolio with another well located Park Street property, and we look forward to welcoming a home- from-home for students in Bristol.”

The company’s design team of Shu Architects, Box Twenty Consulting Engineers and Skeletal Consulting Engineers Limited are finalising the design, with the property undertaking a full redevelopment.
