By next year, the startup is aiming to offer 900 units of bed spaces and private rooms in Hong Kong across 300 apartments in the city. This will include individual rental apartments, 100-plus coliving units and a building to accommodate a further 60 coliving units, which would also feature amenities such as coworking areas and meeting rooms.

Founded in 2018, Colife currently provides apartments in Causeway Bay, Sheung Wan and Happy Valley. It expects to increase its footprint in more markets over the coming months.

After expanding into Hong Kong, Colife is also targeting expansion into Riyadh [Saudi Arabia], Bangkok [Thailand], Abu Dhabi [United Arab Emirates] and Kuala Lumpur [Malaysia]. The company’s ultimate goal is to be operating in ten megapolises within the next five years.
