US: Coworking company Common Desk will open a 23,000 square foot property at The Hill, a retail development in Dallas.

Common Desk was acquired in January 2022 by WeWork for an undisclosed sum, and has since operated as “Common Desk, a WeWork Company”. The company was founded in 2012 in Dallas by CEO Nick Clark. It has since grown to serve 4,000 customers across 13 cities in Texas and North Carolina.

The new shared office location at The Hill will open late this summer. Dallas-based IdGroup is designing the project.

The company is also planning a 44,000 square foot location in Irving’s Las Colinas development, scheduled to open in mid-year. Renovation costs for that project are estimated at $4.7 million, according to The Real Deal.
