UK: Fresh, the management arm of developer Watkin Jones, has taken over operations at Alma Place, a 393-unit PBSA property in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Alma Place, formerly operated under the Novel brand, is ranked within the top 10 for student halls in Belfast by Student Crowd. The site consists of 393 units in a mixture of en-suites and studio apartments. Amenities include a fitness suite, yoga studio, gaming hub, karaoke booth, social lounge, landscaped central courtyard and a variety of study areas.
Bookings for 2025/26 are open, with en-suites available from £156 per week for a 51-week tenancy and studios starting at £275 per week for a 51-week tenancy.
