UK: Developer Greystar has opened bookings for Chapter London Bridge, a purpose-built sutendt accommodation (PBSA) development set to welcome its first residents for the 2025/26 academic year.
Located in Southwark, central London, the property offers direct access to multiple universities.
Chapter London Bridge forms part of Greystar’s Chapter portfolio, which comprises 14 student properties across London.
Students living at the new development will have access to shared amenities and events hosted across the wider Chapter network.
The development offers a range of en-suite studios and shared apartments, with weekly rents starting from £519.

Chapter London Bridge is scheduled to open ahead of the September 2025 academic intake.
