UAE: InfinitSpace, a provider of flexible workspaces, has announced a partnership with UAE-based investment and holding company Sultan Holding.
The partnership will see the creation of two new flexible workspaces, operating under a new flex-space brand Centrum.
The workspaces will be in two commercial sites within Sultan Holding’s real estate portfolio: Bay Gate Tower, Dubai, and Sky Tower, Abu Dhabi.
InfinitSpace, founded by former WeWork MD of Europe, Wybo Wijnbergen, and his brother and serial tech entrepreneur, Wilco Wijnbergen, partners with landlords to transform traditional office space and to create and operate white-label flexible workspace brands.
The company currently operates two flexible workspaces in London, and is expected to open three more in the Netherlands and one in Germany later this year.
Its partnership with Sultan Holding marks the company’s expansion into the MENA region.
Wybo Wijnbergen said: “The UAE is one of the world’s great business centres and I cannot wait to apply all the skills we have mastered over the past years to this exciting global hub.”
Sultan Hareb Al Falahi, founder and CEO, Sultan Holding Company, said: “We believe that the combination of infinitSpace’s expertise and Sultan Holding’s extensive portfolio will create a unique offering that sets us onto a leading position in the market.”
In September 2023, Centrum will launch its first flexible workspaces in Bay Gate Tower, Business Bay, Dubai and in Sky Tower, Al Reem Island, Abu Dhabi, with a combined floorspace of 50,000 square feet. The brand plans to expand across 20 locations in the MENA region.
