Opago and Urban Rest partner for Bloom development

UK: One-stop property management solution Opago has been chosen as Australian accommodation provider Urban Rest’s housekeeping partner for its first residential lease acquisition in London at Henderson Park and Greystar’s Bloom Nine Elms development.

Building on its existing presence in Australia and Dublin [Ireland], it represents Urban Rest’s latest London expansion into the Zone 1 London property market.

Bloom Nine Elms is a rental community at Nine Elms Parkside close to Battersea Power Station. Operated by Greystar, it offers a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments where individuals and families can have access to private balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, and both rooftop garden terraces and surrounding parkland.

Opago will be working alongside the designers at H+G Design Group to provide housekeeping to Urban Rest and its guests at  Bloom Nine Elms from now on. At the Bloom Nine Elms, Opago will take care of all housekeeping needs, helping Urban Rest to provide an exemplary guest experience to clients in London.

Meanwhile, Urban Rest Apartments was launched in 2017 to challenge the serviced apartment and corporate housing sector.
