UK: Property management agent Rendall & Rittner has appointed Angela Spencer as its new customer experience manager, a role that will see her lead the company’s recently established customer experience team.
With more than three decades of experience in operational and customer service roles, primarily within the financial services sector, Spencer brings expertise in communication, problem-solving, and team leadership.
In her previous role as a customer contact manager, she focused on team engagement and service efficiency.
At Rendall & Rittner, Spencer will oversee a team of customer service advisors working from the company’s London and Manchester offices.
The team will collaborate with property management staff to provide timely responses and resolutions to a range of customer enquiries.
Spencer will also maintain regular dialogue with senior leadership to identify opportunities for service improvements across the company’s national property portfolio.
