Ruby Hotels opens Malta workspace

Malta: Munich-based Ruby Group has opened Ruby Ninu, a flexible workspace in Malta.

Spanning 1,090 square meters, Ruby’s latest workspace features 125 workspaces, “inspiring public areas and intelligently designed offices”. Equipped with amenities including height-adjustable desks, ergonomic seating, and abundant natural lighting, the workspace is tailored to foster “a highly conducive environment for productivity and success”.

Situated in the Pendergardens complex in St. Julian’s, Ruby Ninu is close to the beach promenade and has good access to public transport.

Ruby Ninu features private offices tailored for teams of one to 12 individuals, as well as fixed and flex desks available for rent with flexible terms and minimal notice periods. Amenities such as barista coffee, tea, fresh fruit, internet, cleaning, and all other ancillary costs are included. Day passes start at €30, while memberships begin at €60 per month.

The workspace also features an open kitchen in the community space, and meeting rooms that can accommodate 10 to 14 people.
