UK: Flexible workspace operator Runway East is now Bristol city centre’s largest coworking operator with 82,000 square feet of space under management.
The independent provider has moved ahead of global provider Regus which operates 58,000 square feet in the city. With sites in Bristol Bridge and Bristol Temple Meads, Runway East has a client list which includes Octopus Energy, Deliveroo, Travel Local, Creativity UK and Paymentsense.

Runway East is a B Corp certified flexible workspace provider, which has been operational since 2014. It was initially a hub for tech entrepreneurs, creating space and facilitating growth and team support. It has now grown to nine spaces, across London, Bristol and Brighton.
