Trump Residences Gurgaon launches with £210 million investment

The new development, Trump Residences Gurgaon, will deliver 298 ultra-luxury apartments across two 52-storey towers, making it one of the tallest residential offerings in the region.

Spanning 1.2 million square feet, the homes will range from 3,000 to 5,000 sq ft and be priced between ₹8 crore and ₹12 crore (£765,000 to £1.15 million), at a launch rate of ₹27,000 (£255) per sq ft.

Construction of the second project will be led by Smartworld Developers, while Tribeca will oversee design, sales, marketing, and quality assurance. Completion is expected within five years.

This is the second Trump-branded project in Gurgaon, south-west of New Delhi, and India‘s sixth Trump real estate project.

The first project, launched in 2018 by Tribeca and M3M Group, is nearing completion, with possession expected to begin soon.

The announcement comes amid a broader upswing in India’s luxury real estate market. ​Gurgaon’s real estate market is experiencing a surge fuelled by non-resident Indian investments and limited supply.
