UK: Coliving and guesthouse brand Mason & Fifth will open its second London site in Primrose Hill on 8 April 2024.
The Mason & Fifth Primrose Hill guesthouse will join the Mason & Fifth Bermondsey coliving house. The two distinct concepts will offer short-stay (Primrose Hill) and flexible living (Bermondsey) options.
When it opens in April, the property will offer 61 studio apartments, a garden area, yoga pavilion, as well as other communal spaces.
It is housed in four regency townhouses, designed and refurbished by architects Red Deer. Studios come with a kitchen equipped with appliances, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, and a table to dine and work. Additional in-room amenities include smart TVs and rainfall showers.
Rooms are available in five different categories, ranging from classic to mezzanine studios as well as a selection of ‘best in house’ apartments with living areas.
In the guest kitchen, local offerings such as granola, yoghurt and juices will be provided. On Friday’s, Mason & Fifth will host local musicians and serve complimentary drinks for guests in the lounge area.
Additional offerings include a variety of weekly wellness classes such as breathwork in the yoga pavilion, complete with yoga mats and home workout equipment.
An events program available for the public as well as guest bookings will include creative workshops, supper clubs, tastings and music sessions.
