UK: Integritas Property Group (IPG) has completed Deakin’s Yard, a purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) development in Newcastle-under-Lyme, delivering 273 units ahead of the 2025/26 academic year.

Formerly known as the Sky Building, Deakin’s Yard transforms a long-vacant site into a fully let PBSA scheme with a mix of 122 ensuite studios, 127 large studios with kitchens, ten one-bedroom apartments, and 14 accessible rooms.

Amenities include a resident gym, cinema, communal garden, study spaces, and bike storage.

Partnering with Curlett Jones for lettings and student management, the development has secured full occupancy, with students moving in from 15 August 2025.

Mitchell Walsh, CEO of Integritas Property Group said: “This transformation is a significant step forward for Newcastle-under-Lyme and for IPG. Turning an unsightly site into a vibrant space for students while attracting investment opportunities for the area has been incredibly rewarding for our team.”

The scheme is IPG’s largest combined development to date, following the group’s Bijou project and recent Optima launch in Bradford.
