UK: Outpost Management has launched a new purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) platform, backed by BlackRock.
Under the Enclave: Student platform, Outpost will be responsible for operational strategy, leasing, resident experience and day-to-day management of the assets.
The platform has been appointed as operating partner for The Store House – a 369-bed PBSA development on Briggate in Leeds, designed by Corstorphine & Wright Architects.
The on-site amenity provision at the scheme includes coworking and study spaces, recreational lounges, a resident gym, contemporary screening room, private dining room and an exclusive rooftop terrace.
Troy Tomasik, founder and CEO of Outpost Management, said: “The launch of Enclave: Student is a natural next step for Outpost Management and for the Enclave brand. Purpose-built student accommodation is an increasingly important part of the living spectrum, and one where operational excellence, technology and resident experience are critical to long-term performance.”
“Our experience across co-living, build-to-rent and PBSA has shown that students increasingly value flexibility, connectivity and high-quality shared spaces, alongside well-designed private accommodation. Enclave: Student is about delivering exactly that – well-operated homes that support how people live, study and connect today. Through our collaboration with BlackRock, we’re thrilled to be bringing Enclave’s effortless living concept into the student sector and to setting a new benchmark for modern, service-led student accommodation,” he added.
