UK: Developer Watkin Jones has launched the branding for Venti House purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) in Stratford, London.

The project will deliver 397 student beds, split between high-spec studios and cluster flats, as well as amenity spaces focused on studying, wellbeing, and community.

The development is being funded through a Joint Venture between HGP and Watkin Jones and will be available for letting for the 2026/27 academic year.

The building, previously called Grove Crescent, has now been launched to market as Venti House.

Developers said the scheme will offer excellent ESG credentials and help address the growing demand for high-quality student homes in the capital.

George Dyer, group investment director at Watkin Jones, said: “Venti House reflects our commitment to delivering thoughtfully designed, experience-led purpose-built student accommodation in key UK markets.

“The brand and interiors draw on London’s rich history and diverse culture to offer students something that feels both premium and personal. With construction well progressed, we’re excited to see Venti House launch next year and offer a great home for students studying in Stratford.”
