UK: Design, build and fit out advisory firm Hubbl has appointed Stephanie Smith as head of living sector operations.
Smith joins Hubbl from Invesco where she held the position of director of operations for BTR, student, and mixed-use portfolios across the UK and Europe.
Prior to this, Smith worked in both third-party and owned management in the North American real estate market across the living sector, mixed-use, and commercial portfolios on behalf of private and global institutional investors.
She is also a founding member of The UKAA – The UK Apartment Association focussed on the BTR sector – where she advocates for EDI (equity, diversity and inclusion), education and mentoring in the industry.
