Bulgaria: Mixed-use hotel and coliving site, The WorkNomads Lab Hotel, has selected hospitality technology platform INTELITY to power its mobile guest experience.
Located in Sofia, The WorkNomads Lab Hotel features a hybrid mix of 120 hotel and coliving rooms along with coworking spaces. On-site offerings include communal kitchens, office areas, a bar and restaurant, a cinema room, rooftop terrace, and a laundry room.
WorkNomads also hires global talent to become employees in Bulgaria, assisting with the work visa procedure and offering a minimum six month tenancy in the hotel. WorkNomads will remotely outsource its employees’ services to projects worldwide.
INTELITY will create a branded mobile app to provide guests, workers and residents at The WorkNomads Lab Hotel with a contactless service. The app will be used to check in and out, place in-room dining orders, and make service requests.
GEMS – the back-of-house workflow management system at INTELITY – will automate any requests and work orders to the property’s management team.
