Singapore: Ascott has opened lyf Farrer Park Singapore, the sixth lyf coliving property in Asia and the third in Singapore.
The 240-unit property is near Farrer Park Metro Rail station and offers communal spaces including a social kitchen, barbecue pit, coworking lounge, laundromat, an outdoor fitness centre and a social gym. There are also meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 50 people. The new property will also offer events, workshops, and activities.
Norman Cross, general manager of lyf Singapore, said the property will not only offer creative living and social spaces but also community programmes.
“Our guests can also enjoy our specially-curated #lyfgoeslocal community programmes. Curating these community programmes and experiences is at the core of what we do at lyf. We offer guests opportunities to interact with other individuals within the property as well as be a part of the neighbourhood through our programmes,” he said.
