UK: BTR and PBSA developer Watkin Jones has appointed Jeremy Fletcher as CEO of its property management business Fresh Property group.
He replaces Rebecca Hopewell who is retiring.
Fletcher joins from Quintain Living (formerly Tipi) and will take up his role at the beginning of January 2021.
