Singapore: Real estate management services company LHN Group is to open two properties in the Katong area under its coliving brand Coliwoo.
Both hotels are located beside one another, the two-storey Coliwoo Hotel Amber Katong at 40 Amber Road and four-storey Coliwoo Hotel Amber at 42 Amber Road.
Each offers flexible stays for individuals, local families and expats, with super single, queen, or king-sized bedrooms, with added amenities of a kitchenette, washer dryer, an ensuite bathroom, smart television and a workstation.
Shared amenities between the two properties include a laundromat area, communal lounge, and a rooftop garden. Coliwoo will host events in these spaces for guests.
LHN Group plans to debut the next Coliwoo hotel at 471 Balestier Road by Q2 2022, with the added objective of expanding its coliving options with two new properties. Coliwoo Balestier 320 will be located at 320 Balestier Road as a coliving residential property of 18,308 square feet and Coliwoo Beach Road at 75 Beach Road to open in May of this year.
