UK: US-based BTR investment, development, and management company Cortland has appointed Victoria Quinlan has joined as president – Europe.
Based in London, she will work across Cortland’s UK-based platform, which covers BTR development and management, block management, and BTR consultancy, and alongside the US team to develop and lead the strategy for Cortland’s management and growth in the UK and Europe. This includes new business development, investment and acquisitions, and property operations.

Quinlan brings with her more than two decades of broad-based, proven experience in both property operations and investments, predominantly at Lendlease.
