UK: Coliving brand Vonder will open properties in Earls Court and Paddington, in May and July respectively.
The hotel projects are in addition to the Vonder residential sites already situated in London.
Vonder says both hotels will provide “an alternative option for extended stays at affordable prices in the capital”. The concept has been created to offer “a social hotel experience for guests looking to stay for both short and long-term periods, whilst enjoying the benefits of being part of the global Vonder community, whether they travel for business, studying or leisure”.
The two hotels will offer a total of 95 rooms across four buildings and will accommodate stays for one to four people.
Vonder Earls Court will span across three buildings including no. 27-28 Philbeach Gardens which will host 38 rooms and a communal café. The second building is located at 109 Warwick Road with 19 rooms and a gym, with 60 Warwick Road completing Earls Court hotel offering 16 rooms and a private communal garden. The garden will host community events in line with Covid guidelines. These events will include wellness sessions, such as yoga, fitness and meditation, as well as music concerts and open-air parties and cinema nights.
Vonder Paddington will be located at 14 Devonshire Terrace, hosting 22 rooms.
All Vonder hotel rooms will have their own bathrooms, kitchenettes, TVs and access to highspeed WIFI. Similar to Vonder’s other coliving projects across global cities, guests will have access to all hotel amenities located less than 20 minutes away between each of the buildings.
Communal areas within the hotels were designed by British artist Jenny Beard, who was invited to create murals across all buildings. Each building has its own theme. Vonder has partnered with the wellness brand Rituals, to provide toiletries.

Vonder Earls Court will be available to book from May onwards, followed by Vonder Paddington, which is due to complete later in July.
