UK: Workspace provider Knotel has appointed Steve Lydon as real estate partnerships director.

Lydon has extensive experience in the flex office sector and previously led flex leasing at Knight Frank. In his new role, he will be tasked with growing Knotel’s managed workspace services offering for owners and occupiers focused on the UK and EU markets.

Catherine Le Druillenec, managing director of Knotel, said: “I’m delighted that Steve is joining us. He will play a pivotal role in helping drive our revenue growth and market presence as we build momentum in managed office services. He will play a key role in strengthening how we engage owners and attract occupiers, leveraging insights from Knotel’s works across more than 7.6m square feet for over 1,350 customers.”

Lydon added: “I’m looking forward to joining Knotel, a business at the forefront of managed offices for over a decade. With ambitious plans to expand its end-to-end services – from design and fit-out through to workspace operations – there is a significant opportunity to grow across London and Europe.”
