UK: Workspace provider Runway East has opened a 23,000-square-foot office hub in Bath, expanding its South West presence with its third location in the region.
Centrally located in Bath’s city centre, the flexible workspace caters to startups, SMES, and established companies.
Runway East offer flexible terms, and the monthly cost per desk is £375 + VAT. This pricing applies to private office spaces and includes access to amenities such as meeting rooms, breakout areas, and community events.
Offering dog-friendly offices and other perks like Cake Wednesdays, the new location aims to support both new arrivals and companies expanding from other Runway East sites.
Early members include design agency Zonkey, B2B platform Spark Layer, and hospitality software firm HGEM.
Natasha Guerra, founder and CEO of Runway East, said: “Where you work has never been more important, which is why I’m passionate about creating offices people actually want to be in. Bath is one of the UK’s best places to live, but until now, there hasn’t been an office space to match — we’re here to change that!”
Founded in 2014, Runway East now operates 13 UK locations and hosts companies including Deliveroo, Dojo, and Grind.
The flex workspace company had announced the opening at the beginning of the year.
