UK: Kosy Living has appointed Mark Hughes as managing director, tasked with leading the group across BTR, coliving, PBSA and later living.
He joins from Crosslane Residential Living, where he was managing director.
Hughes will lead Kosy Living in the delivery of its residential developments and pipeline as it aims to secure 5000 beds by the end of 2023.
Kosy Living is set to deliver developments across the UK with projects including Brighton, Bath, Bristol, Cambridge, London, Surrey and Cardiff.
This includes Brighton’s first co-living urban village – with more than 400 studios across three adjacent sites – and Bath’s first purpose-built coliving scheme.
Paul Brundell, CEO at Kosy Living, said: “We are delighted to have Mark on board at such an important time in this growth phase. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across the residential sectors and will be instrumental in the delivery of our schemes and growing our portfolio.”
