UK/Ireland: H+G Design Group Ltd and DJI Ltd have announced the formation of Hubbl Group, which they describe as an end-to-end solutions provider for operational real estate partners.
Named after Edwin Hubble, the astronomer who set out to simplify understanding of the laws of space, Hubbl Group says it will work with its clients to simplify design, development and build in the hospitality, BTR, student, serviced apartment and commercial spaces.
H+G Design Group and DJI have been working with real estate investors and operators for several years.
By bringing their collective expertise together in one company, the partners say they can significantly enhance their advisory, design, build, fit-out and support expertise. Hubbl is intended to be a single point of contact and simplified end-to-end provider, which can work from the green-field planning stage of a project, through to the delivery of a fully fitted out and finished building, delivering “significant efficiencies”.
Alex Stewart, former group CEO of H+G Design Group, and new group CEO of Hubbl, said: “Hubbl is looking forward to continuing the partnerships with some of the world’s largest pension funds, insurance companies, real estate funds, developers, housebuilders and individual investors.”
David Clarke, former CEO of DJI Group, added: “Hubbl will continue to work with clients to bring their projects from a concept through to an income bearing and value creating reality.”
