Finland: Short term rental operator Bob W has signed its fifth property in Helsinki, housed in the former Hotel Rivoli Jardin.

Real estate private equity partner Slättö acquired the Hotel Rivoli Jardin and has appointed Bob W as the property’s operator.

The hotel will be transformed into Bob W Kaarti and will offer 55 rooms and suites with kitchenettes, a social kitchen and coworking space, and a sauna. The building’s historical features will be retained, overseen by interior design agency KoKo3 Helsinki.

As part of the refurbishment, Bob W Kaarti aims to be LEED certified with a scheduled opening in 2024. It will be available for short and long-term stays and brings the total number of properties under management by Bob W to 32.
