US: A joint venture between Hillside Commercial Group and Landmark Homes’ Livmark Communities is moving forward with phase two of The Bend at Highland Meadows in Loveland, Colorado.
This phase, with a completion date set for autumn 2026, will add 45 build-to-rent (BTR) homes in the community, with two and three-bedroom layouts.
The properties will be constructed as townhomes and stacked ranch units, with private fenced yards for select properties. Livmark’s in-house general contractor, Landmark Construction Solutions, is handling the homebuilding efforts, while Greystar is heading the BTR property management.
Phase one of the project created 198 multifamily units at 6153 American Oaks St., about 52miles north of downtown Denver. Phase two will be built next to The Bend’s multifamily units, with a golf course and entertainment venue 2 miles away.Another project, which also plans to blend multifamily and BTR communities, was recently created by Livmark Communities. Link 56’s residential component will be located near Denver International Airport and is part of a $235 million first phase project for mixed-use developments by Kensington and IM Properties.
