UK: A group of leading developers and operators in the shared living segment have formed the Third Generation Shared Living Consortium (TGSLC).
The coalition, which draws on the experience of the Second Generation Shared Living Consortium (SGSLC), a trade group with 120 members, said they are committed to delivering the next wave of best-in-class operational assets.
In their first move as a consortium, TGSLC has shared its vision in a document called “Towards a New London Plan: Consultation on the Next London Plan.”
Jermaine Browne, co-founder of Ark Coliving and founding partner of Re:shape, said: “We’re excited to announce the formation of the TGSLC. Building on the legacy and successes of the Second Generation Shared Living Consortium (SGSLC), we will continue to work closely with the GLA and other key stakeholders over the coming years to ensure shared living becomes a sustainable, institutional part of London’s Build to Rent landscape.”
