UK: Property management agent Rendall & Rittner has appointed Angela Spencer as its new customer experience manager, a role that will see her lead the companyโ€™s recently established customer experience team.

With more than three decades of experience in operational and customer service roles, primarily within the financial services sector, Spencer brings expertise in communication, problem-solving, and team leadership.

In her previous role as a customer contact manager, she focused on team engagement and service efficiency.

At Rendall & Rittner, Spencer will oversee a team of customer service advisors working from the companyโ€™s London and Manchester offices.

The team will collaborate with property management staff to provide timely responses and resolutions to a range of customer enquiries.

Spencer will also maintain regular dialogue with senior leadership to identify opportunities for service improvements across the companyโ€™s national property portfolio.
