UK: Topland Vintage and Re:shape Living have partnered for the £260 million redevelopment of St George’s House East in Wimbledon.
Plans are being brought forward for a comprehensive transformation of the existing office building, focused on delivering a major residential-led, mixed-use scheme. The development is expected to include high-quality coliving accommodation alongside a mix of retail and commercial space.
Topland structured the transaction and also provided a £17 million senior debt facility to support the acquisition and planning phase. The facility was delivered through Topland’s senior lending platform, which remains on track to deploy more than £150 million of new loans this quarter across the bridging and transitional finance markets.
