UK: Goodstone Living has reached practical completion of its 373-unit Dockside build-to-rent (BTR) development in Edinburgh.
Located at Albert Docks in Leith, the project delivers 373 new homes across four buildings, including 94 affordable homes, and will feature resident amenities such as a rooftop lounge and dining area, a fitness centre, and coworking spaces.
The project also includes a new publicly accessible boardwalk along the dock edge and 2.5 acres of landscaped gardens that connect the development to the Leith waterfront precinct.
Dockside is the first completed project for Goodstone Living Partners 1 – Goodstone’s inaugural venture, which manages capital on behalf of the Northern Local Government Pension Scheme (NLGPS), including Greater Manchester, Merseyside and West Yorkshire pension funds. The fund has two other projects under construction in Birmingham and East London, totalling around 1,300 ‘next generation’ build-to-rent homes. Dockside has been delivered by McAleer & Rushe.
