Singapore: Developer Aw & Sons Capital has launched the Mber Co-Living & Serviced Apartments in Serangoon, a purpose-built development combining coliving and serviced apartments in one property

The project, located on the site of the former Lim Tua Tow Market in Teck Chye Terrace, combines private coliving rooms and serviced apartments with common work, wellness and community areas. It has been designed by Formwerkz Architects.

Rooms categories include private en-suite coliving rooms as well as three and four bedroom serviced apartments. In total, the property features 14 communal spaces such as coworking, shared kitchens, libraries, games rooms, rooftop gardens, and a fitness and recovery facility called GYMber featuring an ice bath, infrared sauna and wellness pool.

The development will also feature the Mber Club, providing workshops and wellness activities along with community events for residents and members.

Josh Hu, managing director of Aw & Sons Capital, said: “Cities are full of buildings, but very few places. The places people remember are the ones where life naturally gathers, where conversations happen, ideas exchanged, and relationships form over time. When we started thinking about Mber Co-Living & Serviced Apartments, we weren’t just designing rooms or apartments. We were asking how a building could encourage that kind of everyday interaction.”

Mber targets professionals, students and long-term visitors seeking close-to-work and education facilities in the vicinity, which encompasses Seletar Aerospace Park, Punggol Digital District, and the various international schools.
