Australia: Exhibition Place, a 37-storey development delivered by Lendlease and QuadReal Property Group, has welcomed its first residents.
Located within Brisbane Showgrounds, the scheme features 443 rental homes. A dedicated wellness level includes a 25-metre lap pool with beach entry, outdoor spa, gym, sauna, steam room and cold plunge.
The top floor features a rooftop lounge, private dining room, home theatre and outdoor BBQ areas with panoramic views across Brisbane.
The building also includes coworking facilities, a podcast studio and a pet spa.
Exhibition Place is within walking distance of public transport and King Street’s dining and entertainment.
Designed by architecture firm Cottee Parker, the development is fully electric and is targeting a 5-Star Green Star Buildings rating.
Lendlease is the developer and long-term investment manager for the project, which is being delivered in partnership with QuadReal. The investment will be managed as part of Lendlease’s growing mandates business.
