UK: The Association for Rental Living has appointed Chloe Sachikonye, senior account executive at Yardi as chair of the Northwest Hub, with Bex Hetherington, head of operations at Native Communities as vice chair.
The appointments follow another successful two years of operation for the Hub, one of the first Association for Rental Living regional steering groups, under the leadership of Dougie Orton-Wade as chair and Peter Grimshaw as vice chair.
ARL CEO Brendan Geraghty said: “We are extremely grateful to both Dougie and Peter for their leadership of the North West Hub since its formation. The Hub was created as part of the Association’s regionally responsive growth, with its work delivering an important voice for the rental living sector in the North West. As the Hub enters its next chapter, we are delighted to welcome Chloe and Bex to lead its ongoing work, promoting collaboration and addressing the unique challenges and opportunities facing the sector in the region.”
Sachikonye added: “The north-west is one of the most dynamic regions in the living sector, and I’m delighted to take on the role of chair, working alongside our committee and wider community to encourage collaboration, share knowledge, and drive meaningful conversations across rental living.”
