UK: Investment manager BGO Strategic Capital Partners has partnered with real estate investor LRC Group to invest in the latter’s 2,100-unit multi-family portfolio.
The portfolio comprises 19 newly-built and recently refurbished residential buildings primarily located across Greater London in established, well-connected submarkets.
