UK: Nara Living has appointed Centrick to manage Red Clover Gardens in Coulsdon.
Prior to Centrick’s acting management, Red Clover Gardens was managed by owner Nara Living. It will now assume a permanent role in the operation of two BTR towers in a larger development.
This is the second joint venture between Centrick and Nara Living, following a Worcester scheme. Centrick said it would concentrate on renewals, resident retention and engagement.
The towers are composed of one- to three-bedroom units, all with a private balcony. Design quality secured Red Clover Gardens a spot on the 2026 RIBA London Awards shortlist.
“Red Clover Gardens is a truly special development that further strengthens our BTR footprint in the South alongside our wider building and estate management services,” Centrick BTR director Clare Johnson said. “We’re thrilled to bring our expertise to this beautiful scheme and continue nurturing what is already a thriving community, with our trademark focus on resident-centred service, compliance and operational excellence.”
“Having worked with Centrick at Sherriff’s Gate, we were pleased to appoint them again for Red Clover Gardens,” Farlane Capital founder Grant Livingston said. “Their professionalism, attention to detail and commitment to residents, together with a strong operational approach, made them a natural choice to manage the site. We look forward to working with them to support the continued success of Red Clover Gardens.”
