UK: Lloyds Living has acquired 100 single-family homes in Herne Bay, Kent, from housebuilder Bellway Homes.
Situated at Oxenden Park, within a development of 450 homes, the portfolio of 100 homes comprises 12 one- and two-bed apartments and 88 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses. The homes will be offered through BTR and shared ownership schemes, and the first handovers to customers are expected this month. The sale price has not been revealed.
