UK: Lloyds Living and housebuilder Keepmoat have agreed a deal for 294 single-family rental (SFR) homes in Yorkshire, taking Lloyds Living’s total portfolio of homes to more than 7,600.
The latest deal between the companies will include homes across four sites in Yorkshire, at developments in Hungerhill, Firbeck, South Elmsall and Upton.
This portfolio deal features a mix of two-, three-, and four-bedroom homes. More than 200 of the homes will be all-electric specification, and all will homes will have NextGeneration Bronze level certification.

The homes will be managed by Lloyds Living Property Management (LLPM).
