UK: A fully consented PBSA and coliving development opportunity on Heavitree Road in Exeter has been put up for sale.
Vendor Nixon Property is selling the St Luke’s Court & Quad development, which will comprise seven blocks ranging from five to six storeys. It will deliver 399 PBSA and 414 coliving studios.
