UK: Lloyds Living has agreed to buy 182 rental homes from housebuilder Keepmoat.
The units are across three developments in Gedling, Nottinghamshire; Frog Island, Leicester; and Warren Wood, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. The sale price has not been disclosed.
Keepmoat will deliver 69 homes in Gedling, 53 homes at Frog Island and 60 homes at Warren Wood. The portfolio will include 11 one-bedroom apartments, 42 two-bedroom apartments, 30 two-bedroom houses, 77 three-bedroom houses and 22 four-bedroom houses. The deal also includes follow-on tranches at Gedling and Frog Island.

In November last year, Lloyds Living bought 294 units from Keepmoat.
