UK: Gleeson Homes and Lloyds Living have signed agreements to deliver 104 private rental homes across two developments in the Midlands.
The homes will be at the sites of Hollinwell Heath and Watermills. Both locations will include a variety of two, three and four bedroom home options available for families and a variety of renters.
Both developments are already in the construction phase. 17 homes have reached the Golden Brick stage at Hollinwell Heath, while 57 homes have been exchanged at Watermills. The first Golden Brick completion at Watermills should be completed later this year.
It mark the fifth and sixth projects completed between the two companies, as well as the first developments together in the Midlands.

The partnership builds on a previous deal in 2025 for 170 homes across three schemes in West Yorkshire, County Durham and South Yorkshire.
