Singapore: ST Signature, the hospitality brand of listed F&B operator Katrina Group, has opened its latest coliving hotel, ST Signature Bugis Middle.
Located at 21 Middle Road, it is the brand’s fifth outlet and has been opened in response to “the growing demand for distinctive yet value-for-money accommodation in prime locations”.
ST Signature Bugis Middle features a hand-painted wall mural across the entire building’s façade that was designed by Singapore-based artist Sean Dunston. The property has 38 units across five room types. Each room includes an en suite bathroom, complimentary high-speed WiFi and a smart TV. There are also co-living facilities, including a communal kitchen, an outdoor terrace and lounge areas. ST Signature Bugis Middle is a few minutes walk from Bugis and Esplanade MRT Stations.
“With this addition to our portfolio, guests seeking both short-term and long-term stays, digital nomads, budget-conscious travellers, and groups visiting Singapore for leisure, business or events will have more options,” said Alan Goh, executive chairman and CEO of Katrina Group.
ST Signature is run by ST Hospitality, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Katrina Group. It addition to the five coliving hotels it operates under the ST Signature brand, ST Hospitality also runs ST Residences, which offers serviced apartments and service condo rental units.
