UK: ARK Living will open its first purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) property, in Canning Town, east London, in August.
The new development will feature studios, en-suite rooms, shared spaces, and a packed social calendar.

Located in Canning Town, the building is close to the underground station which offers excellent transport connections via the Jubilee line and DLR. Weekly rents start from £300, with introductory offers available for the first year, including rooms from £275 and studios from £362 per week.
