A recent CBRE report showed that nearly a third of all UK H1 2022 BTR investment was in to suburban and single family projects, but a significant proportion of this went to private sale units bought from housebuilders. When will we see the large-scale adoption of bespoke rental suburban homes, and what will they and the developments that feature them look like? And how will the two approaches evolve in the future?
