UK: Developer Bywater has partnered with flexible workspace operator infinitSpace to launch beyond Paradise, a premium flexible workspace at Paradise SE11 in Vauxhall.
The workspace will operate across three floors of Paradise SE11, which Bywater describes as the UK’s lowest embodied carbon mass timber office development. The remaining office space will continue to be available on traditional lease terms.
The new flexible workspace will offer private offices, enterprise suites, coworking areas, meeting rooms, event space and breakout areas. It will also provide access to gym facilities, a barista service, a members’ app and a programme of wellbeing and networking events.
Dan Mead, asset management at Bywater, said: “Paradise SE11 was always designed to do more than perform on paper. Beyond Paradise brings that to life with a workspace offer that reflects the quality and values of the building.”
The fit-out is being delivered by design and build company Thirdway, with interiors featuring natural materials, timber finishes and biophilic design. The project has been developed to improve the working environment, making it more welcoming and adaptable.
