UK: Flex workspace operator Runway East has appointed Sophie Marsh as chief operating officer (COO).
Marsh is tasked with driving operational performance across Runway East’s expanding portfolio of workspaces, as well as leading initiatives that support long-term growth, service excellence and member satisfaction.
With more than 14 years of experience in scaling startup and high-growth businesses, Marsh held senior operations roles at notable companies including Appear Here and Onefinestay.
Natasha Guerra, founder of Runway East, said: “We are growing and so too is our board” shares “Sophie has very quickly become an integral team member, and with four sites opening in the next 5 months she has joined at a pivotal moment in the business. 2026 is off to a flying start, the majority of our sites are at capacity but we’re hoping to announce another new location in the summer along with a pipeline of new opportunities.”
