infinitSpace and BHRE form workspace partnership

Germany: Developer Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate (BHRE) and infinitSpace, a provider of tech-enabled flexible workspaces, have entered a strategic partnership.

For BHRE, the partnership “provides an opportunity to expand its long-term approach to active real estate management and implement innovative, future-focused concepts for commercial properties”.

For infinitSpace, the collaboration “marks another milestone in the company’s European growth strategy”.

Marcel Wnendt, CEO/CFO of Bayerische Hausbau Real Estate, said: “We need forward-looking concepts that respond to the changing expectations of companies and people when it comes to modern working environments. Together with infinitSpace, we are creating high-quality, flexible workspace solutions that preserve the character of the property while opening it up to new companies, ideas and communities.”

The partnership’s first joint location is scheduled to open in Munich in October 2026. It will be infinitSpace’s first location in Munich, its third in Germany and its 13th worldwide.
