UK: Living sector managing agent Apo Group Ltd. (Apo) has made two promotions and a new hire to its management team.
Daniel Berlinski has been promoted to head of customer operations, and KayCee Azakli to head of compliance and building safety. Christopher Conway has joined the business as leasing and revenue manager.
The expansion of the management team follows Apo Group’s acquisition by Broadsword Investment Management Ltd. and the appointment of Rachel Hanniquet-Brooking as managing director in August 2024.
Apo currently manages more than 2,000 rental units across five operational BTR assets for its clients, in London (Kew Bridge, Barking Wharf, and The Gatefold in Hayes), Liverpool (The Copper House), and its newest instruction, The Holloway, in Birmingham where Apo group is also leading on the development management.
Apo provides strategic consultancy to investors, developers, and landowners, and is actively targeting advisory and operational opportunities across the living sector, including BTR, SFR, coliving, and serviced apartments.
Hanniquet-Brooking said: “We are delighted to further strengthen our management team through internal promotions and a new appointment, adding to our deep expertise spanning investment advisory, finance, customer operations, and development advisory. Crucially, all of our team possess substantial first-hand operational experience in the living sector, helping to drive strong tenant satisfaction and significant value enhancement for clients.
“Throughout, we remain dedicated to providing the highest level of service for residents, whilst delivering a pipeline of well-built, well-designed, and efficiently managed assets. As we embark on the next phase of Apo’s growth, we are excited to continue evolving to meet the changing needs of both our clients and renters across the UK,” she added.
