UK: The Association for Rental Living – the membership body for all institutionally backed, professionally managed purpose-built rental living sectors – and hospitality and real estate multi-media B2B platform Urban Living News have announced a new partnership.
As of March 2025, Urban Living News is an Association for Rental Living media partner, maximising the abundant synergy between the two organisations.
Urban Living News was launched in response to the increasingly blurred lines between asset classes within urban development. Between the organisation’s website and its associated events, it covers news and trends spanning the hotel, serviced apartment, BTR, PBSA, senior living, coliving and flexible workspace segments.
Both Brendan Geraghty and Graham Sibley, who serve respectively as the Association for Rental Living’s CEO and operations and marketing director, have previously spoken at multiple Urban News Living webinars and events. Now, the two organisations will be working together to take a strategic approach to news, trends, research and more across the purpose-built rental living sectors.
Brendan Geraghty, CEO, Association for Rental Living, said: “Urban Living News is at the forefront of the converging frontiers of hospitality and real estate. With so much natural synergy between that focus and the work of the Association for Rental Living, this is a key partnership that will support both organisations’ progressive strategies over the coming months and years.”
George Sell, editor of Urban Living News, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with the Association for Rental Living to serve the fast-growing and dynamic living sector asset classes. This new media partnership will ensure that the rental living sector continues to benefit from the latest insights, trends, news and much more.”
Urban Living News will be hosting a stand at the Association for Rental Living Expo 2025, which takes place on April 1st at London’s Business Design Centre. As an Association for Rental Living’s media partner, Urban Living News will also be working on a range of strategic collaborations moving forward.
